How Remodeling Works with Gribbons Group Corp

Here’s exactly what happens from your first message to the final walkthrough. Most projects take about 1 to 6 months depending on scope.

1. Consult

We talk through your goals, constraints, service-area fit, and rough project type (basement, kitchen, bath, or other). You can start via the estimate form or email sean@ggcbuilds.com.

2. Design, Scope and Estimate

After we understand the space (often with a site visit), we design the project in-house and you receive a written scope and estimate. Work does not start on vague verbal promises. Most projects start with 30 to 50% down, depending on scope, and the rest is paid in draws as each phase is completed.

3. Permits and Scheduling

We pull the permits your project needs and give you a start date.

4. Build

As your licensed GC, we coordinate trades, sequence work, and keep communication open. You have one accountable party: a licensed & insured general contractor (see our licenses). Payments follow the draw schedule in your estimate, with each draw tied to a completed phase.
